Our guesthouse is divided into four distinct units

First and second unit: "Angelito" and "Manzanillo"
 

  • This picture shows our two studio apartments, named Angelito and Manzanillo. 
  • These units offer a stunning ocean view from the top of the building. Each featuring two queen-size beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. 
  • The access leading to the apartments is by stairway.

  • It is a spacious studio that includes two comfortable queen size beds, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, television with cable tv, wifi and balcony with oceanview overlooking Zicatela beach.
  • This apartment is located on the top floor of a three-story building. Access is by stairs with two sections of 14 low steps.
  • Daily rent is $1,500.00 mxn pesos for single or double occupancy. Each additional guest after double occupancy is charged $250.00 mxn pesos per night.

 Manzanillo studio apartment 

  • It is a spacious studio that includes two comfortable queen size beds, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, television with cable tv, wifi and balcony with oceanview overlooking Zicatela beach.
  • This apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building. Access is by stairs with one section of 14 low steps.
  • Daily rent is $1,400.00 mxn pesos for single or double occupancy. Each additional guest after double occupancy is charged $250.00 mxn pesos per night.

Third and fourth unit: "Hugh" and "The Terrace"

  • This picture shows another section of the house, featuring our third and fourth units.
  • One is a small studio apartment named Hugh, and the other is a spacious area with two bedrooms named The Terrace.

 
  • The access leading to this units is by a staircase with 14 low steps.

  • It is a comfortable small studio that includes one queen size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, television with cable tv, wifi and an oceanview deck overlooking Zicatela beach.
  • This apartment is located on the top floor of a two-story building. Access is by stairs with one section of 14 low steps.
Daily rent is $1,300.00 mxn pesos for single or double occupancy.

 The Terrace, Punta and Marinero rooms 

 

  • This area offers a wonderful oceanview overlooking Zicatela beach, from a second floor accessible by 14 low steps.
  • This spacious terrace has two bedrooms: Marinero room with two full size beds and Punta room with one queen size bed. Both rooms have a mini fridge, air conditioning, television with cable tv, wifi and ocean view terrace. They share a bathroom with hot water and an equipped kitchenette.
  • This space is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a cozy and convenient stay.
  • Daily rent is $2,400.00 mxn pesos for up to four guests. Each additional guest beyond four is charged $250.00 mxn pesos per night.
 
Note: Even though living near the beach is wonderful, it can also be noisy. Parties and music can be heard frequently and clearly from here. (This is due to the fact that it is an open terrace). These are circumstances beyond our control and we cannot offer an easy solution.


Marinero room

 
  •   It offers two full size beds, mini fridge, air conditioning, tv, wifi and ocean view.
 
Punta room


  • It offers one comfortable queen size bed, mini fridge, air conditioning, tv, wifi and ocean view.
 
 
 
  • Marinero room and Punta room shared bathroom and kitchenette.

Rate Terms
  • Our daily rates are for one person or double occupancy.
  • Add $250.00 mxn pesos to the daily rent for each additional guest.
  • The minimum rental period is two nights.
  • Our rates vary according to the season and chosen room.
  • Add $300.00 mxn pesos to the daily rent during the Christmas and New Years season (December 15 - January 7).

Reservation Policies

  • Reservations: A deposit is not required to secure your booking. We will respect your reservation. No charges for reservation changes. 
  • Refunds: In the case of canceling a reservation with a deposit, the money is returned.
  • Cancellations: If you do not respond or confirm your reservation at least one week prior to your estimated arrival, we will cancel your reservation request.
  • Discounts: We offer a 10% discount to guests who wish to rent on a monthly basis (30 days), 

Note about the stay

  • Sorry but we do not allow pets or service animals. 
  • This house is not suitable for children because we have open balconies three stories high. If you bring children keep them under surveillance.
